The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chutiya P.S.Case no.4 of 2011 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act.
As per the FIR, police got information of blast in the school and damaging the same and the petitioner and other accused persons are named in the FIR.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. He has been made accused only on suspicion and he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for four months. Charge sheet has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM. Ist Clss, Dehri-OnSone, Rohtas in connection with Chutiya P.S.Case No.4 of 2011..
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
