The petitioner, who is lady, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It is a case of dowry death and petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Husband of the deceased is already in custody and petitioner is in jail since 29.06.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021.
