JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. I. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to pay dues honorarium of the petitioner which is due as follows i.e.:- i. Seven month in year, 2018 (January, February, March, May, June, November and December).

ii. In year 2019 as follows as 15

Patna High Court CWJC No.1864 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 days in the month of January, 8 days in the month of February, May and September.

iii. Three days in month of January, 2017 showing absent while petitioner was on duty.

iv. Two days in month of January, 2023 showing absent while petitioner was on duty. which has already been approved by concerned Programme Officers. It is relevant to mention here that the petitioner was posted from January, 2016 to March, 2019 in the MANREGA Office, Bairgania Block, from April 2019 to 2022 in Parihar Block Office and from July, 2022 to till date posted in Block MANREGA Office, Riga working as Panchayat Rojgar Sewak in Gram Panchayat Raj Kushmari and Sirahi.

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondent to deposit the Employee Provident Fund Amount with interest in the Provident Fund Account No. UAN- 101029975312 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1864 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 3/3 the petitioner with interest from due date and the suitable interest upon the holding amount with litigation cost."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
