This application is filed for modification of order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 71763 of 2019.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted pre-arrest bail on 19.11.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 71763 of 2019 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2610 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as ordered on 19.11.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 71763 of 2019 be further extended by three weeks from today.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 71763 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.
