Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was taken away by one Govind at the direction of the petitioner but statement of the victim shows that she was a consenting party.

Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim was in love with the petitioner and she made her statement under the influence of her parents. It is also pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that parties have already settled their dispute amicably. Moreover, victim has already solemnized her marriage with another person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
