The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered under sections 341/ 323/ 307/ 498(A)/34 of the IPC and later on section 306/34 IPC was added.
As per the F.I.R., daughter of informant has been killed by the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is an innocent person and has committed no offence. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against her. Similarly situated co-accused namely Munna Kumar, Chhotu Kumar, Badu Kumar @ Battu Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.04.2022 passed in Cr. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Islampur P.S.
