A country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which he is in jail custody since 04.04.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Case no.118 of 2015.
