The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner and other co-accused persons badly assaulted the informant's father by means of Pasuli, Lathi and Danda and also assaulted the informant, his brother and his wife. The informant's father sustained injury and died in course of treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-06-2018. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. General

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6240 of 2019(3) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific allegation has been made against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of one year in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that after completion of one year in custody, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
