The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 389 of 2021 corresponding to NDPS Case No. BRBU10P0006122021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and sections 20(b), 22(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol three live cartridge and one mobile have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no narcotic substance has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.10.2021. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 389 of 2021 corresponding to BRBU10P0006122021.
