150 packets of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 23.11.2015. Para 3 of the petition goes to show that the petitioner happens to be the first offender. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.Case No. 414 of 2015.
