JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari has passed a detailed order dated 23.03.2019, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the same. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of since the order of this Court has been complied with, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.03.2019, if so advised.
