Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is mother-in-law of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
