Taking into consideration that victims have stated nothing against the petitioner and having similar allegation, coaccused Chhotu Das @ Subhash Kumar has already been granted privilege of regular bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 03-03-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54350 of 2014, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiarpur (Balwahat) P.S. Case No. 296 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
