The petitioners seek bail in Revilganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 under Section 307 and other Sections of the I.P.C. The allegation is that the petitioner no. 2, Ram Kumar Mahto @ Raj Kumar Mahto, caught the informant and petitioner no. 1 Sanjay Mahto, assaulted him with knife. The informant got as many as six injuries on different parts of the body. Out of which, four injuries are incised wound and two injuries are grievous in nature. The injuries on eyes are also found to be grievous in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

So far as the case of petitioner no. 2 Ram Kumar Mahto @ Raj Kumar Mahto is concerned, there is no specific allegation of assault against him. Accordingly, the petitioner no. 2, Ram Kumar Mahto @ Raj Kumar Mahto, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in Revilganj P.S.
