The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for a direction to the respondents to provide Z security, as the petitioner has to move all over the country in connection with his political and social work. He is involved in highlighting the corruption and other communal charges against the culprits. In the circumstances, the anti social elements posed threat on the life of the petitioner. The petitioner had made such prayer to the District Level Security
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.280 of 2017 dt.21-11-2017 Committee, Begusarai and the Committee had passed necessary resolution in the matter of petitioner also vide Annexure-A.

Contention of the respondents is that after verifying the perception of threat, securities are provided and name of the petitioner does not appear in the list of the person who were categorized as entitled for Z security. He further submits that if the petitioner needs security at the national level or State level he may file representation before the appropriate Committee at the State level and National Level.
4. The petitioner is liberty to file representation before the State Authority, if the petitioner has danger to his life at the State Level or National Level Committee, if so desired, the authorities shall pass necessary orders.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
