2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018 .

3 . It is alleged that 7.500 liters of Foreign liquor was recovered from cowshed of petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . The alleged recovery of liquor has been made from the animal shed which is 500 Gaj approximately 455 meters away from the house of the petitioner which is accessible to all. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got no

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the facts of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise Act ) II Supaul in connection with Madnisedh Supaul Police Station Case No. 200 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
