The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is accused in other case under Section 379 IPC and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13167 of 2015 (02) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 359 of 2014.
