Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 270/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/326/307/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is said to have caught hold of the deceased along with co-accused Manoj Yadav thereafter he was shot by Shiv Kumar Yadav.

Considering the above, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. This is a case of 2017 and the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. It is surprising that he has not been arrested by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3468 of 2022(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 police till date.

The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today. If the petitioner does not surrender within two weeks, the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura will take all coercive steps for arrest of the petitioner. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
