JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and three others are named in the first information report with accusation that they made indiscriminate firing as a result whereof, the informant sustained firearm injury. The photostat copy of injury report of informant has been brought on record as Annexure-8 to the petition and from perusal of the aforesaid injury report, it appears that the informant has sustained only one injury. The impugned order of learned Sessions Judge does not reflect who is the author of aforesaid injury. Moreover, after institution of the present case, the informant gave a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate exonerating the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2012 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 from this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015.
