Petitioner seeks bail in Sathi P.S. Case No.49 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 35 litres country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2775 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.49 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
