JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Vigilance and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is accused in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017, registered under Sections 7/13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The accusation is that petitioner being the Investigating Officer of Lauriya P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 took the bribe of Rs.10,000/- to the informant, Nirmal Kumar Mishra. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and he is in custody since 19.07.2017. No.45833 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Special Case No. 26 of 2017 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
