The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.07.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29692 of 2014.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within nine months from today, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.)
