Petitioner seeks bail in Nagar (Town) P.S. Case No.792 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 411 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that police got information that some miscreants have assembled to commit crime. The police arrested four of them. It is alleged that one loaded pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2018.

Keeping in view the period already spent by petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2748 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nagar (Town) P.S.
