2. This Court vide order dated 16.05.2023 has passed the following order :- "......The petitioner is doing business of cheating by promising the job to the gullible person. Dismissal of the case will not stop the petitioner from settling the dispute with the informant in the trial Court. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner......."

3. I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 16.05.2023. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

4. The trial Court is again directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
