2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 157 of 2024 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons killed the husband of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to previous animosity. He carries no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 12.08.2024. He has further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Panchdeo Pandit @ Pandav Pandit has been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1112 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 No. 2701 of 2025 under order dated 15.02.2025.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also bearing in mind the fact that similarly situated coaccused person has been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 157 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
