According to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Md.Arif, who had taken away the victim and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he and some other coaccused managed vehicle in which victim was taken away. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.case No. 303 of 2015.
