Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399 and other sections of the IPC.

On information, three accused persons were arrested by the police on the allegation that they were preparing for committing robbery and dacoity.

It is submitted that no arms and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in jail since 2.1.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 813 of 2014.
