No doubt, the dead body and some articles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioners but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the deceased having entered into the house of the petitioners made attempt to commit rape on sister of the petitioners but he was caught and assaulted by the villagers, as a result of which he died and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Amit Kumar Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioners be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1257 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S.Case No.50 of 2015.
