2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 123, 80(2), 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison. Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2025. In this case, charge has already been framed.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
