Although petitioner is said to be caught on the spot but it appears that none has sustained any injury nor anything has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Dehri ( T) P.S.case No.490 of 2015.
