2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is named in the FIR but after investigation the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is the paramour of the husband of the deceased and she is in custody since 12.8.2022.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4883 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
