It appears that except confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 298 of 2012.
