JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has applied for renewal of arms license on 29.09.2014, before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, however, till date, the same has not been disposed off.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner for renewal of arms license, if the same has been filed and is still pending, by passing appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
