JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail since19.07.2013 in a case under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to be the main assailant, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail is again rejected. However, learned Additional District Judge-II, Supaul, is directed to expedite Sessions Trial No. 155 of 2014, arising out of Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 97 of 2013, and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
