2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, daughter of informant was married to co-accused Neeraj Kumar on 31.05.2022 and after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the accused persons for dowry and lastly on 26.07.2024, the accused persons killed informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no relation either with the deceased or her in-laws family members. Petitioner is co-villager of husband of deceased and has got no concern with the affairs of couple. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Patna City (Patna) in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
