Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 IPC. The petitioner is not named in the First information Report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his named figured in the confessional statement of Ram Raj Musahar. Except the confessional statement, no tangible material has been collected against the petitioner. Co-accused Laldeo Musahar has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No.98 of 1997 (Trial No.330 of 2014).
