JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and is a woman.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 21.150 litres of liquor from a room in the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house is a joint family property and as such petitioner was not

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and is a woman, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021.
