The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341 /452/ 323/307/302/380/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of murderous assault to Ramkeshwar Yadav is against co-accused Jhagru Yadav, Jhapas Yadav and Bahadur Yadav. The petitioner and others were also along with those accused and they allegedly committed theft of document and cash from the house of the informant. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the

No.1510 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 petitioner, who is in custody since 02.12.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.115 of 2011, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
