Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot but no firearm has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, neither informant nor his son appears to have sustained any injury.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Moro P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015.
