2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner along with other named accused persons, armed with iron rod, wooden bat and sword, entered in newly constructed shop of the informant and assaulted him due to which his left arm became fractured. Thereafter, co-accused Sanoj Yadav gave sword blow causing head injury to him. It is also alleged that the petitioner snatched the gold chain of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Further submission is that informant is neighbour of the petitioner and prior to 10 days from the date of occurrence, some hot talk took place between the parties for keeping material in front of the petitioner's shop. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Specific allegation of assault on the informant's head is against co-accused Sanoj Yadav. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties, nature of allegation and fair antecedent of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaudhi, Patna in connection with Masaudhi P.S. Case No. 483 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down
