The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in named in the FIR and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of Md. Shahid Anwar. Except the confessional statement there is no other material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 8.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
