The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 429 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that this petitioner pressed neck of the informant's mother, as a result of which she died. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has go clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, nature of allegation and the fact that there is specific and direct allegation against this petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail.
