2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant namely, Rinku Kumari, alleged that Sudhir Kumar, PACS Chairman, called her son,Kundan Kumar to drive a tractor and on 18.07.2024 (Night), her son was allegedly killed by all the accused persons including petitioner by strangulation.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against accused persons. He further submits that during course of investigation, none of the witnesses claimed to have seen the occurrence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that deceased was driver of the petitioner and thereafter, all the accused persons committed his murder, which is also apparent from the post-mortem report.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
