IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 11729 of 2008 ====================================================== Deo Narain Chaudhary .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : None For the Respondent/s : AC to A.A.G.-6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.
20-08-2015 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner. Learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 6, on instruction, submits that now the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that only prayer made in the writ petition was to direct for disposal of Service Appeal No. 30 of 2003, which was filed before His Excellency Governor of Bihar. It was submitted by learned State counsel that said appeal has already been dismissed and the order has already been communicated to the petitioner. Be that as it may, since none has appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
