The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 (S), arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18 and 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and under Sections 42/46 of the Prisoners Act.

The petitioner was in custody but his bag was searched and from there 250 grams of small quantity of Ganja was said to have been recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 26.06.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that small quantity of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6300 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S.

Act, Begusarai in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 (S), arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014.
