2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 453 of 2024 dated 05.10.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 75, 77, 78 of BNS and Section 66(E), 67(A) of I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleges that the petitioner created reels with obscene pictures and videos using her Instagram ID linked to her mobile number. It is also alleged that the petitioner harassed the informant by showing her inappropriate photos at Pakaribaraw market.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

It is also submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the informant, the marriage took place on 15.07.2023 but she is not ready to live with the petitioner as she is in love with another person. It is further submitted that her marriage was forcefully done by her parents with the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has created pressure by putting the petitioner behind bars in order to get divorce from the petitioner but the petitioner is not ready for any kind of divorce. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the mobile of the petitioner was also seized by the police at the time of his arrest but no any such uploading obscene photographs has been found and the mobile of the petitioner is still with police which can be verified. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2024 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of A.C.J.M.
