2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased has committed suicide and the dead body was recovered after breaking open the door of the room of the deceased by the police and family members. The petitioner is in jail since 07.07.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 4th, Saran at Chapra connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023.
