Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died in mysterious circumstances within seven years of her marriage at the house of the petitioner and there is allegation of cruelty against the petitioner due to non fulfillment of dowry demand, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sidhwalia P.S.Case No. 43 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj stands rejected.
