Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

In pursuance of the order dated 24.01.2017, the Director Administration-cum- Additional Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is present in court.

The petitioner was not found guilty by the Enquiry Officer and the report is to be submitted before the Disciplinary Authority on which the Disciplinary Authority is likely to pass final order within four weeks. In view of statement given by Director Administration-cum- Additional Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.

The personal appearance of Director Administrationcum- Additional Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is dispensed with. If any of the grievances of the petitioner is yet to be redressed or he has got any other claim, the petitioner, if so advised, may file another writ petition.
