2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the salary to the petitioner on month to month basis.

Learned counsel for the State, referring to Paragraph 7 and 8 of the counter affidavit, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the payment towards salary has been made to the petitioner along with other teachers, which would be evident from Annexure-A, to the counter affidavit.
